Stuart Davidson

Stuart runs Capital Basements on a day to day basis, with responsibilities ranging from sourcing supplies through to strategy development, ensuring cost efficiency and most importantly customer care.

With over 25 years industry and sales experience and an HND in electronics, Stuart is ideally placed to advise clients and guide their hand through all of the complex stages through to completion of their dream basement.

An excellent project manager, Stuart will ensure that the correct equipment and supplies are in place to enable your build to proceed on time and according to budget.

David Jeffries

David works with Stuart, running the company on a daily basis.  His role is to look after the detail of all of the sites, meeting with engineers and customers, as well as ensuring cost efficiency.

With a BSc (Honours) in Building and an M.Sc. in Foundation Engineering, David is ideally suited to solve any technical difficultly and ensure the smooth running of each basement project.

Robert (Bob) Kear

Bob is an experienced building manager with a proven track record of achievement and build excellence. His core skills include a (some would call) rare ability to get the best out of site teams, and to create professional and enduring client relationships.

With many years of experience building basements across London Mews properties, Bob will give you peace of mind that your basement project is in safe hands.

Bob is also experienced in all aspects of interior and exterior building works and competent in decorating, tiling and flooring.
